Who is responsible

Apex Dev Hub ("we") is the responsible party for personal information handled through this website, under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You can reach us at product@apexdevhub.com.

What this website collects

Nothing directly. This site has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or third-party trackers, and it loads no external fonts, scripts or images.

The site is served from Google Cloud. As with any web host, the hosting provider records routine request logs, such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type, for security and to keep the service running.

If you email us

We receive your email address and the contents of your message through Google Workspace. We use them only to reply to you and to scope any work you ask about, and we keep them only as long as that enquiry needs. We will delete them on request, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Client projects

When we build a system for a client, the personal information it handles is set out in the agreement for that project. We design systems to collect only what is needed for a clear purpose, to isolate each business's data, and to record sensitive actions in an audit trail.

Your rights

You may ask us:

• what personal information we hold about you;
• to correct it, or to delete it;
• to stop processing it.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
